New Consultant Referral Program

iTech Solutions, Inc. is pleased to announce an enhanced and simplified consultant referral bonus program. With this new program ALL consultants on assignment through iTech Solutions are eligible for referral bonuses when referring a friend or colleague who is subsequently placed on assignment at an iTech Solutions client site.

This new plan has been simplified from our quarterly plan and will now be known as the One Hour One Dollar plan. Under this plan anyone referring a fellow consultant will accrue one dollar in bonus pay for each hour their referral invoices for, as long as both parties are engaged and actively billing on their individual current contract assignments.

One Hour One Dollar Plan Details

• To make a referral, simply send an email to referral@itechsolutions.com providing the candidate’s name and contact information, as well as any other pertinent information including which particular requirement(s) the candidate would be a good fit for. An electronic copy of the referred candidate’s resume should also be provided, if available.
• To qualify as a genuine referral, our iTech Solutions recruiting/sales staff must NOT be currently working with that referred candidate on an existing client requirement.
• The candidate you submit must know they are being referred by you and be available for interviewing and face-to-face meetings at the client site if selected to do so.
• The candidate must be eligible to work in the United States. At this time, iTech Solutions is not sponsoring any individuals for visa purposes. We may however, depending on the client, be able to work with candidates from other consulting firms on a select basis.
• iTech Solutions also cannot accept a referral or a candidate from the employment roles of any of our client firms. This would be a conflict of interest and violate our client agreements. If that referral is working in the capacity as a consultant at an iTech client we would only be able to accept that referral if their current contract there is coming to an end.
• In the case of duplicate referrals, the person submitting the referral first will be the party eligible for the bonus.
• The referral will be considered an active referral for you for a period of 90 days after submission. After that time, without the candidate being selected for an assignment, the right to the referral bonus will expire.
• The dollar an hour fee is accrued as long as both the referring and referred parties are actively engaged on continuous contracts at iTech Solutions, Inc. Any accrued referrals through the last day of engagement, however, will be paid according to the payment schedule as stated below.
• The accrued bonus dollars are paid monthly in the second paycheck of the month and will consist of those referral bonus fees associated with the four or five calendar week period ending on the last Saturday of the previous month.
• If you are working on assignment through iTech as a subcontractor, we will work through your firm in accounting for this bonus and they MUST agree to forward it on to you. We cannot pay any subcontractor directly for these bonus payments. All subcontractors agree that they will work out the details with their firm. If you are a consultant working with iTech as a subcontractor, it will be your responsibility to negotiate for this payment with your firm. We will also require that an invoice for these services be sent to us from the referring subcontractor’s firm.
• iTech Solutions, Inc. corporate staff, recruiters and sales team members are ineligible for participation in this program.
• The decision to qualify or disqualify a referred candidate rests with iTech Solutions, Inc. management and their decision is final. iTech Solutions, Inc. retains the rights to cancel or alter this plan at any time.
