Anjali Ann Ramakumaran, CEO of iTech Solutions, also Founder and CEO of Ampcus Inc. (Ampcus), is a technology savvy entrepreneur with more than 18 years of contribution towards the design, development and delivery of leading edge Technology Solutions and Human Capital Management across the globe. Under her leadership, she has cultivated Ampcus into a fast growing Consulting and Professional Services firm. For ten consecutive years (2008‐2018) she has been recognized as a top Asian American owned business by the USPAACC. In addition, for the past nine consecutive years (2010‐2018), she has been honored as one of the 50 Fastest Growing Women Owned Business in the CONUS by the Women Presidents Organization. Under Ann’s leadership, Ampcus has made the Inc., 500/5000 list and has been recognized as a Top Diversity Business for the past 9 years (2010‐2018). Ann was also awarded Women in Technology Entrepreneur of the Year by WIT and most recently received the Chairman’s Award for Inspirational Leadership from the CRMSDC. Ampcus has also received the Global Growth Award from Astra Women’s Business Alliance, Supplier of the Year Award from the GMSDC and the Top Asian American Business Award from the USPAACC‐SE. CRMSDC Supplier of the year 2017 class IV and NMSDC supplier of the year 2017.
Ann works closely with her Advisory Board, whose advice/input on strategy and direction helps her drive the company to attain its vision of being one of the largest and most successful high performing Professional Services companies globally. She has been actively involved in executing a consultative methodology to define, qualify and quantify Ampcus’ target clients, determine their strategic IT and business objectives and from developed solutions which proactively address their current and evolving demands and needs.
Ann serves on the CRMSDC Board of Directors, WBENC National Board of Directors, WPEO Leadership Committee and the USPAACC Scholarship Committee. She has been a speaker at numerous National and Local Procurement and Diversity Conferences. In addition, Ann has mentored several women and minority start up’s in an effort to help them grow their business. Ann holds her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business and Commercial Management from India and has completed Executive Management from the Robins School of Business, University of Richmond Virginia and an Advance Management from the Kellogg School of Management Northwestern University Illinois.

Salil has a successful track record of driving revenue growth for organizations including experience in mergers and acquisitions and business development. In this role, he is charged with leading Ampcus as it grows to meet expanding market needs and maintaining its leadership position in the Federal, State, Local, and commercial markets. He is responsible for establishing the strategic direction and future vision of Ampcus, and ensuring the portfolio of IT services offered is kept in sync with customer demands.
He brings along with him a vast experience of over 20 years in sales, financial and operational management. Prior to joining Ampcus, Salil has held executive and senior management positions at other small to large organizations. Salil is an MBA in Finance and a Master’s in Management Salil is an alumnus of the Delhi University in India. Salil is also an Advanced Post Graduate in systems and management.

Ramana Challa holds an MBA in Management and is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the business with full P&L and operational responsibility, setting the direction and management of recruiting, administrative, and technical staff, developing HR policies, maintaining government and legal compliance, and ensuring an on-going corporate focus on financial goals and objectives. Ramana has over 15 years of experience in the professional services industry.

Bill Smith serves as the General Counsel of Ampcus, where he oversees all legal matters ranging from contracts and agreements, and employment law, including employment agreements, discrimination, wrongful termination, and harassment matters and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations. He brings over 30 years of experience to the Ampcus group, including a prior position as the Director of Federal Contracts at Verizon. His experience in managing complex contracts, combined with his deep knowledge of the IT professional services and consulting sectors, allows him to provide strategic legal advice to Ampcus.
Mr. Smith is known for his practical and results-driven approach to legal and contractual issues. He works closely with the executive team and business units to minimize risk and capitalize on growth opportunities. He is a member of the Virginia Bar.

Shelley has been an IT Recruiter for 20 years with all of her experience in the IT Staffing Industry. She has recruited high quality IT Talent for large-scale, middle market, and small clients throughout her career. Her recruiting experience has encompassed all of Connecticut, with a focus on the Hartford marketplace, as well as Boston, Rhode Island and NY, MN, and CO on occasion.
Shelley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and worked as an IT Consultant earlier in her career. This personal experience is critical to her success as an IT Recruiter. She prides herself on her ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, affording her the skill of successfully matching candidates to opportunities. She is frank and honest and works with the highest level of ethics.
Shelley has recruited for resources on all levels within IT organizations. She has successfully recruited and subsequently placed Business Analysts, Project Managers, Program Managers, Application Developers, Network Engineers, Helpdesk professionals and more. She is creative and likes to think “outside the box” in her recruiting for “hard to fill” opportunities. She is process and detail oriented, outgoing and personable.

Jamie has over 15 years of business and IT experience driving customer success for large companies, including a number of Fortune 500 enterprises across numerous Industries including: Healthcare, Insurance, Financial, and Retail. She has proven experience helping large healthcare organizations successfully integrate during mergers and acquisitions. She recently led the MSP Program at Aetna, via Tapfin, where she successfully help them transform their program management and delivery to CVS, while expanding additional business lines. Prior to Tapfin, Jamie grew a large Healthcare customer taking their footprint from limited engagement to Global Partnership.
Jamie focuses on what is most important to the customer while building mutual trust and forming long lasting relationships. She looks at challenges as opportunities, and strives to exceed customer expectations. In her spare time, Jamie volunteers as a Foster Coordinator at Dog Star Rescue, helping dogs find their forever home! She is also an avid Liverpool supporter!

Her proficiency, knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office, and knack for employee relations prove invaluable on a daily basis when she’s directly supporting the needs of iTech’s COO and operations department.

In her role as Director – Customer Success for iTech, Holly Groleau follows what she considers to be “The Golden Rule” of both business and life: treat others the way you want to be treated. As she has for more than a dozen years in the staffing industry, Holly strives for honesty and fairness when she carries out her day-to-day responsibilities, which include relationship building with new clients, prescreening and interviewing potential candidates and meeting with hiring managers to forecast recruitment needs, selection criteria and timelines for IT staffing spikes. Holly is known on the iTech team for her excellent communication, negotiating and relationship building skills.

Matt has 5 years of experience working in the Information Technology Sales and Staffing Industry. Starting his career as a Technical Recruiter with Insight Global, he was quickly promoted within his first year to an Account Management role where he was solely responsible for staffing within the Healthcare Technology division. Working with clients such as Barnes Jewish Hospital, Washington University Medical, Saint Louis University Hospital, etc. he won the bid for a multi-million dollar project for on the elbow support technicians, and placed over 30 resources on site.
In his previous role, he worked for a boutique style staffing firm in Nashville called Bradford and Galt, where he ran a full desk performing both full lifecycle Recruiting and Account Management. During his 2 years of experience with B&G, Matt placed 50+ consultants on both contract and direct hire opportunities. He also was able to excel in New Business Development, getting nearly 10 Master Service Agreements signed with new clients in the area.
Matt brings hunger and tenacity to the iTech team, bringing a “Never Give Up” mentality to sales. He prides himself on delivering what is most important to the customer by building long lasting relationships, and is excited to continue to learn/grow within the ever changing tech industry.

With extensive technical background, Janice DiCicco has significant industry experience as a senior analyst, programmer and IT consultant in the insurance, healthcare, media and manufacturing industries. In fact, when she was working as a senior information systems specialist, Janice received the Traveler’s Outstanding Achievement Award for excellence in software development.
As a Senior Technical Recruiter & Resource Manager for iTech, her ability to develop relationships and successfully work within vendor management systems is an advantage for iTech clients. Janice is adept at not only identifying and recruiting the best talent for any given position, but also counseling candidates as they enter the market. Fifteen+ years in the staffing industry, and never a dull moment for iTech Senior Technical Recruiter & Resource Manager, Mark Reilly. Each day, Mark is responsible for high volume sourcing, screening, processing and closing of candidates to fill open technical positions, as well as managing recruiting for multiple local and national job openings. His demonstrated expertise in the full life cycle hiring process, from recruitment to prescreening and interviewing, has made many a client and candidate request to work with him specifically.
Before joining the iTech team more than six years ago, Mark held senior recruiter and management roles for recruiting/staffing/consulting firms throughout New Jersey. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University in communications; Mark is a member of the Mid-Atlantic Staffing Association and has attended and enjoyed several TechServe Alliance and JobDiva conferences.

He is experienced working with both clients and candidates. He has been successful in placing candidates across the country in contract, contract to hire and direct hire positions. He enjoys the challenge of locating the candidates for the client positions with the really hard to find skills. He has worked with clients in various industries including: Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Clinical and Government. The Clients have ranged in size from medium size to Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining iTech, Tom worked for recruiting/staffing companies that ranged from small to very large. He also managed a team of off-shore recruiters in the past. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Southwestern University in Theology.

Amber holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University.

Melissa joins the iTech team with more than two decade’s worth of experience working with CPA’s, CFO’s and COO’s in Finance, Accounting and Payroll. She enjoys working Microsoft Excel, has extensive knowledge of financial statements, and solves problems quickly and effectively. Her technical abilities and computer skills are surpassed only by her positive team attitude and ability to forge strong relationships with colleagues and clients. Melissa graduated from the University of Connecticut and resides in Cheshire with her two daughters, husband, and dog.
When she’s not at work: Melissa is most likely at a sporting event of her daughters. She enjoys being outdoors, especially during her favorite seasons: Spring and Summer. She loves a perfect beach day. She also enjoys running, taking yoga classes, and date nights with her husband Fran.
