Fifteen+ years in the staffing industry, and never a dull moment for iTech Senior Technical Recruiter & Resource Manager, Mark Reilly. Each day, Mark is responsible for high volume sourcing, screening, processing and closing of candidates to fill open technical positions, as well as managing recruiting for multiple local and national job openings. His demonstrated expertise in the full life cycle hiring process, from recruitment to prescreening and interviewing, has made many a client and candidate request to work with him specifically.
Before joining the iTech team more than six years ago, Mark held senior recruiter and management roles for recruiting/staffing/consulting firms throughout New Jersey. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University in communications; Mark is a member of the Mid-Atlantic Staffing Association and has attended and enjoyed several TechServe Alliance and JobDiva conferences.

Tom has 17+ years in the staffing industry. He has worked as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter for the past 14 years. He has also been successful in the Engineering and Clinical domains. He is experienced working with both clients and candidates. He has been successful in placing candidates across the country in contract, contract to hire and direct hire positions. He enjoys the challenge of locating the candidates for the client positions with the really hard to find skills. He has worked with clients in various industries including: Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Clinical and Government. The Clients have ranged in size from medium size to Fortune 500 companies.

When an iTech client has a need, Amber Verno steps into action. As iTech’s Recruiting Operations Manager, Amber assigns all client requirements to our team’s recruiters. And when she’s not making sure the requirements get put in the right hands, she’s busy posting jobs to internal and external job boards, organizing client and consultant events, formatting candidate resumes and being the face of iTech at job fairs. Amber holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University.

Melissa joins the iTech team with more than two decade’s worth of experience working with CPA’s, CFO’s and COO’s in Finance, Accounting and Payroll. She enjoys working Microsoft Excel, has extensive knowledge of financial statements, and solves problems quickly and effectively. Her technical abilities and computer skills are surpassed only by her positive team attitude and ability to forge strong relationships with colleagues and clients. Melissa graduated from the University of Connecticut and resides in Cheshire with her two daughters, husband, and dog.
When she’s not at work: Melissa is most likely at a sporting event of her daughters. She enjoys being outdoors, especially during her favorite seasons: Spring and Summer. She loves a perfect beach day. She also enjoys running, taking yoga classes, and date nights with her husband Fran.

Marc has over 13 years of recruiting experience with the last 7 working in the Information Technology Industry.
