Matt has 5 years of experience working in the Information Technology Sales and Staffing Industry. Starting his career as a Technical Recruiter with Insight Global, he was quickly promoted within his first year to an Account Management role where he was solely responsible for staffing within the Healthcare Technology division. Working with clients such as Barnes Jewish Hospital, Washington University Medical, Saint Louis University Hospital, etc. he won the bid for a multi-million dollar project for on the elbow support technicians, and placed over 30 resources on site.
In his previous role, he worked for a boutique style staffing firm in Nashville called Bradford and Galt, where he ran a full desk performing both full lifecycle Recruiting and Account Management.
