Holly Groleau

In her role as Director – Customer Success for iTech, Holly Groleau follows what she considers to be “The Golden Rule” of both business and life: treat others the way you want to be treated. As she has for more than a dozen years in the staffing industry, Holly strives for honesty and fairness when she carries out her day-to-day responsibilities, which include relationship building with new clients, prescreening and interviewing potential candidates and meeting with hiring managers to forecast recruitment needs, selection criteria and timelines for IT staffing spikes. Holly is known on the iTech team for her excellent communication, negotiating and relationship building skills.
