One Hour One Dollar FAQs

Q: Can I refer multiple people?
A: Yes, of course. You may refer as many candidates as you wish.  You would accrue and be paid for all your eligible referrals that are actively engaged on client contracts  There is no limit on the number of referrals that can pay you a bonus!

Q: What are the specifics of the current openings you are looking to fill?
A: We will be emailing a list of HOT requirements from time to time.  Our web site will also list a current list of openings and will be updated daily. Detail will be included there.

Q: I have a friend who works at an iTech client, but as a consultant for another firm, can I submit that friend as a candidate?
A: Yes, as long as the person you are referring is not an employee of a client firm we can use them as a candidate.  Note though, that we probably not be able to submit that person on another requirement at the client they are currently with. We also have to be considerate of any existing non-compete agreements.

Q: If I take a full time job at the client (on a right to hire) do my bonuses continue?
A: In this case, since you left the employment of iTech you would no longer be eligible for the bonuses. You would be paid for any bonuses accrued through your last day at iTech, though!  Similarly if your referral converts to full-time at the client, the bonus would stop accruing as of their last day with iTech.

Q. How are these bonuses accounted for?
A. If you were eligible for referral bonuses for the previous month you will receive a “statement” email notifying you of the bonus award and breakdown.  You would then see this “referral bonus” included out on your normal pay stub, identifying this income separate from your normal hourly rate.
