Shelley Nieb

Shelley has been an IT Recruiter for 20 years with all of her experience in the IT Staffing Industry. She has recruited high quality IT Talent for large-scale, middle market, and small clients throughout her career. Her recruiting experience has encompassed all of Connecticut, with a focus on the Hartford marketplace, as well as Boston, Rhode Island and NY, MN, and CO on occasion.

Shelley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and worked as an IT Consultant earlier in her career. This personal experience is critical to her success as an IT Recruiter. She prides herself on her ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, affording her the skill of successfully matching candidates to opportunities. She is frank and honest and works with the highest level of ethics.

Shelley has recruited for resources on all levels within IT organizations. She has successfully recruited and subsequently placed Business Analysts, Project Managers, Program Managers, Application Developers, Network Engineers, Helpdesk professionals and more. She is creative and likes to think “outside the box” in her recruiting for “hard to fill” opportunities. She is process and detail oriented, outgoing and personable.
