Her proficiency, knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office, and knack for employee relations prove invaluable on a daily basis when she’s directly supporting the needs of iTech’s COO and operations department.

What she loves about her job: I’m proud to be working for one of the most successful small businesses in Connecticut, especially because it’s a woman-owned enterprise. Kay’s leadership as a business woman is inspiring to me on a daily basis; and the owners’ ability to balance their family life is admirable.

When she’s not working: She’s enjoying the afternoons listening to Billie Holiday, or engrossed in conversation with friends about a movie they’ve seen.
